I had a fantastic stay at Hotel NYX Cancun, enjoying the modern decor and cleanliness. The service was generally excellent, with friendly staff throughout. However, I did encounter a few issues, particularly with some of the dining experiences and noise from neighboring rooms. overall, I would definitely recommend this boutique hotel.
